We are located in Via Panzani 14 blue, between numer 40 and 42 red right in front of Sabatini restaurant and next to Pratesi bag store n 42 red. ring at,reception.when you arrive at main train station of Florence Santa Maria Novella you can take the underground passage and follow the way throw Via Panzani, we are in 50 meters next to Pratesi bag store and Intensi clothinig store infront Sabatini Restaurant. If you arrive at the traffic light corner with Ovs you went 50 meters far. Check in by appointment from 14:00 till 18:00 Office hour from 8am until 6pm after 7pm there is a fee for late check in of euro 10 a person.
