The Amsterdam Forest can be found within 2 km and guests have the possibility to rent bikes at the hotel. The Forest is a popular area for jogging, cycling and rowing activities. For the daily groceries, guests can go to our in-house Food Market. Zuidas Business District is situated at a distance of 3 km. RAI Convention Centre can be reached within 10 minutes by car and Schiphol Airport is only 7 km from the property. Parking is available for an addition charge and based on availability.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The credit card which was used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation. All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodation will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation. Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the studio, this includes cleaning of the apartment, bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms situated on each floor of the aparthotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
