Novotel Jeddah Tahlia Street

It was very noisy, children were shouting in the corridor outside my room. I had to call security to check.
Noise insulation of the rooms is not great, you can hear noise from the rooms on the sides.
The reception team is a bit lost on what is happening. I had to call 5 times to send the room service as the room is was not made up for 2 days straight.
Their room access card was not working for a few days.
