4 Star Stonefield Castle Hotel is situated in historic Argyll on the Mull of Kintyre near the pretty fishing village of Tarbert. The castle stands high on the famous Kintyre Pennisula commanding spectacular views over Loch Fyne and is set within 60 acres of woodland gardens. We have 32 bedrooms furnished to the highest quality with some 4-poster rooms in the principle castle floor. Our AA Rosette Loch Fyne Restaurant serves the very best of local produce including the famous Tarbert Langoustine/ Oysters/ Mussels and Lobster. The Lairds Table is a fine example of private dining in the most exquisite of Scottish Highland surroundings. Our fireplace lounge and cocktail bar enable our guests to relax and really feel as though they are getting away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Special features of the hotel

In order to further improve our facilities and provide an even better guest experience we will be undertaking some construction works in and around the hotel until the end of March 2016. Whilst we will be working with our contractors to ensure noise is kept to a minimum, we would like to advise guests that there may be some construction noise between the hours of 9.30am and 5.00pm
