The Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant lovely.
No service to the room for my 2nd night. No fresh trowels. The Room Service meal - arrived in a bag - no cutlery, condiments or place. Lovely food but didn;t have the change to eat it properly. Received wooden cutlery when queried but this snapped in the salad. Metal cutler, salt, pepper, sauces, plate would have made it a better experience.
A first-class hotel operated by award-winning group Thwaites Hotels and Spas. Opened in 1990 its an ideal location for doing business in north Bristol and exploring the south west. High service standards and hospitality are frequently mentioned in TripAdvisor reports as is the attention to detail with examples such as fresh milk in all guest rooms free Wi Fi thoughout all guest rooms not just the public areas. Hotel is temp closed until 20 APR.
The Hotel will be running on a bed & breakfast basis only on 25th December. The spa will be open on restricted hours over the Christmas period. Th only meal available on New Years Eve will be the Gala Dinner Dance Many thanks
