Apartments also include a comfortable seating area with sofa and flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Guests have free access to an outdoor pool located in Paseo de Gracia Boulevard, 300 metres away. Set in Barcelona’s main shopping district, the apartments are well connected by public transport to all main tourist attractions in Barcelona. Apartments are situated 10 minutes’ walk from both the Plaza Catalunya Square and the Ramblas.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Barcelona Apartment Val in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance, no later than 24 hours after booking. Please note, only 1 general cleaning is included only for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays and additional cleaning service requests are subject to a supplement of EUR 45 (includes linen & towels change). Please note that the kitchen must be left clean and tidy on leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. The amounts with VAT included have been calculated based on the tax rate in force on the date of the reservation. In the event of a change in the VAT rates or brackets applicable on the date of stay, the final amount will be recalculated to apply that corresponding to that date.
