Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 1. groups are not accepted. 2. A deposit of 300 per person will be asked.This deposit is secured. The keys are not delivered until this deposit is not paid for each of the components of the group. Upon arrival, guests must show a valid identity card and the credit card used to book. No payments are accepted from someone other than a guest. Otherwise, the amount can be refunded and requested to the person staying. All guests staying at our establishment will have access by night reserved to choose between Terra Mítica - Iberia Park, Mundomar and Aqualandia. Subject to the opening of parks. The minimum age to access the SPA is 16 years. Mondays and Tuesdays from October to April the SPA will be closed.
