Hotel Filigree is located on the scenic route of Camel's Back Road, towards the main bus/taxi stand known as Picture Palace, from where it's a 2 minutes drive or a leisurely 10 minutes walk, directly to the hotel. Hotel Filigree is divided in 2 categories: Elite bedrooms Exclusive and Standard bedrooms. Whereas the Standard bedrooms are cozy and compact rooms meant for couples only, the Elite bedrooms are far more expansive and spacious, where extra beds can be provided. Hotel FacilitiesThere are a wide range of services and facilities on offer at the Hotel Filigree, including a doctor on call, postal assistance, a travel desk, safety deposit lockers, laundry/dry-cleaning/ironing services, room service, car parking, and personal supervision. The hotel also offers horse-riding on request. Room AmenitiesHotel Filigree has comfortable accommodation that is aesthetically designed and accompanied by efficient facilities that meet all the needs of a modern traveler. There are 18 double bedrooms, which are made to provide all the essential comforts and then one step further, with some luxuries. Many of the rooms also command majestic views of the Himalayas. All rooms at Hotel Filigree have wall to wall carpeting; colour TVs with satellite network; EPABX intercoms with STD/ISD facilities and attached baths with running hot and cold water. DiningHotel Filigree has an in-house restaurant - "The Samovar" - which serves delectable Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine The Samovar is the elegantly furnished, the wood panelling creating an exquisite old world ambience; reminiscent of Kashmiri craftsmanship from a bygone era. The view is quite panoramic, further accentuating the cosy interiors. The Samovar can seat approximately 35 people, and it can also be used for buffets when required. Following its origins and traditions, The Samovar also serves a Kashmiri hot beverage, the delightful "Qahwa". The Hotel Filigree also has a open air restaurant on its terrace, where one can enjoy views of grandeur that the Himalayas provide. The terrace can accommodate approximately 100 people, and since banquets along with buffet layouts can be arranged as required, it is perfect for marriage and corporate functions.
