From Tokyo, drive on Kan etsu Expressway for Fujioka junction that leads you to Joshin etsu Expressway, and get off at Myokokogen I. C. , or go on Chuo Expressway for Okaya junction that leads you to Nagano Expressway, proceed to Koshoku junction to get on Joshin etsu Expressway, and get off at Myokokogen I. C.
