Welcome to our hotel! We are situated 5 minutes away from JR Fukuchiyama Station by car. You can park your car for free at our parking lot (no need for reservation). We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious shared living room with entertainment such as Wifi TV, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii that you can use free of charge. We also have a coin laundry machine and refrigerator for your convenience. Points of Awareness: Environmental Concerns have been taken into consideration for this plan. We only clean the room once during your stay and you only receive one towel, sheet, gown and a free toothbrush. New items come at a 100 yen expense/item and we also sell razors for 150 yen (Can be picked up at our office in the first floor from 09: 00 20: 00) We will do our best to make our guests happy but the English skills of our staff are limited. We do expect good behavior from our guests, and that guests are willing to follow the Japanese rules practiced at our hotel.
