The Hotel Ambiance is beautifully situated in the heart of Zermatt with extraordinary view of the famous Matterhorn. In summer, the hotel is the ideal starting point for adventurous hiking and biking tours. In winter, skiing lovers will enjoy the excellent ski trails. Zermat train station is located within walking distance.

Zermatt is traffic free and cars are parked and left in Täsch, approx. 7 km outside Zermatt. From Täsch to Zermatt you can either take the shuttle train or a taxi. Until 7 in the evening, an electro-mobile also picks guests up from the Zermatt Station or taxi stand in Täsch and brings them to the hotel. On foot: The way is flat and takes around 8 minutes from the Zermatt railway station.

The Hotel Ambiance in Zermatt warmly welcomes its guests to a friendly atmosphere. Guests will appreciate the spacious, comfortably furnished rooms which also feature free Wi-Fi. In the restaurant, guests may indulge themselves to delicious culinary highlights.

Special features of the hotel

The restaurant is one of only 300 Gilde restaurants in Switzerland. There is an electric car pick-up service to and from the train station or the taxi parking area until 7 pm. In case of later arrival, please notify by e-mail. 08.06.2013 - 28.11.2013 with 2 days cancellation period. 29.11.2013 - 13.04.2014 with 14 days cancellation period. Thereafter the price of the entire stay will be charged. We will gladly put a cot or extrabed in the room upon request. Children 0-6 years free. Children 7-15 years CHF 40.00 per night.
