The hotel's unique, idyllic, direct location on Lake Großer Heiligen See also makes it an attractive starting point for a variety of discoveries, cycling and hiking tours. In the neighborhood, just under two kilometers away, is the famous Cistercian monastery Chorin with its annual Chorin Music Summer. It is around seven kilometers to the city center of Eberswalde. After a few kilometers from the hotel you can also reach the supra-regional Berlin-Usedom cycle path and the Oder-Havel cycle path.
