Get out at Nanajo central exit of JR Kyoto station and turn left. You will find JR bus stop. Take JR bus bound for 'shuzantakao'. In about 30 minutes, you will arrive at 'takahanacho' bus stop. Go about 150m back to Fukuoji bus stop (Bus fare is 250 Yen ), 'takahanacho' bus stop is 2 stops next to 'fukuoji' bus stop / Or take subway Karasuma line bound for 'Kokusai Kaikan (International Conference Hall)' from Kyoto station and get off at 'Shijo Karasuma' station. Then get out at the exit No. 26 and take Kyoto city bus whose line number is 8. The bus leaves from in front of Kyoto Sangyo Kaikan (Bus fare is 250 Yen ).

A 10-minute drive from Kinkaku-ji Temple, Ryokan Yamazaki offers a hot public bath and serves breakfast and traditional dinners for an additional fee. The Japanese rooms are air-conditioned, and many have garden views. Each room at Ryokan Yamazaki features Japanese-style futon bedding on top of a tatami (woven-straw) floor. Some rooms come with an en suite bathroom. All rooms include green tea and a fridge, and some have free Wi-Fi. Parking is free, and the ryokan is a 30-minute drive from JR Kyoto Train Station. Utano Train Station and Ninnan Temple are both a 20-minute walk away, while Ryuan Temple is a 30-minute walk. A free-use internet PC and a coin launderette are located on site. Western and Japanese breakfast sets are available, as are various Japanese favourites for dinner. A Kaiseki multi-course dinner can also be enjoyed. Please be informed that guests must check-in by 21:00.An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.
