Sauberkeit Zimmer, Modernität, Qualität des Essens im Restaurant
Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals, Auskünfte über Sauna mangelhaft bzw. unterschiedlich (somit konnte ich diese in 5 Tagen nicht einmal nutzen), Anleitung für Kaffeezubereitung im Zimmer - aber keine Kaffeemaschine (nur Teekocher), Frühstücksbuffet recht überschaubar und oft fehlten Sachen (O-Saft, Schinken, Salami... wurde ewig nicht aufgefüllt)

Die öffentlichen bereiche des Hotel sind abgenutz und bedürfen einer umfassenden Renovierung. Nach der Übernahme durch einen neuen Betreiber, fehlte dem Personal Training. Es mangelte an Kompetenz um den erwartbren Kundenservice liefern zu können.
