From Aarhus: drive at the main road 15 towards Grenaa at the 3rd traffic light in Grenaa: turn left at main road 16. After 3 km: turn right towards Gjerrild (12 km). From the Grenaa-Varberg ferry: at the traffic light: go North along the coast road (Kattegatvej). When you see a Gjerrild sign, turn right towards Gjerrild (11 km).
From Aarhus is is possible to take Letbanen directly to Grenaa. It takes 70 minutes. From Grenaa you can take a bus towards Bønnerup. The bus stop is located 200 meters from the Hotel.

Hotel Description
Gjerrild Kro is a small family driven Hotel which is placed on Djursland. It is close to the forest and the beach. A lot of adventures are just nearby and it is possible to take the ferry from Grenaa to Sweden. There is a cosy lounge and restaurant where we serve traditional Danish food with local commodities. The Hotel Owner is the 2. generation working at the Hotel and he can tell wonderful stories about the local life in Gjerrild.
