From the motorway towards the old town/cathedral square. From the cathedral square via the tram tracks to Pergamentergasse. At the end left into Michaelisstr. After about 200 meters you reach Moritzstr.34/35 on the right and you will see a bike rack, your destination is reached.
From the main station tram line 3 direction: Europaplatz, 4.Get off the Webergasse/Andreaskirche stop, until the end of Webergasse, turn right into Moritzstrasse 34/35 on the left. It takes about 15 minutes from the train station.

Our houses date from the Classical period and were thoroughly refurbished. Fully equipped apartments with sizes of 20 m², 55 m² , 60 m² or 80 m².

Our houses are owner-managed. All apartments are fully equipped with kitchenettes. We deliberately forgo a restaurant, such as breakfast. Here in the old town you have the most varied possibilities of the gastronomic supply
