The location, the size of the room, the friendliness of the cleaning staff

Chaotic when checking in (got a room where others were staying already; the unwillingness of a receptionist to follow a few requests made months before the check in), the thinness of the walls (could hear the neighbours snoring; at 0500 in the morning the lady next door started talking and it was very hearable)

We would like to inform you that, Our hotel is currently undergoing a retrofit process, with an expected completion at the and of 2026, aimed at modernizing our facilities to offer even greater comfort and quality. During this period, some noise may occur at certain times, as well as a reduction in the availability of guest rooms and event spaces. We appreciate your understanding and reaffirm our commitment to providing a pleasant stay.
