Excellent bedding and great hotel in general
Yes the aircon didn't work and the room was uncomfortablely warm even with window open all night. Turning on Aircon to 5C made warm air come out.

Excellent facilities, very clean, the room had an amazing view over gran via
Only complain is that walls are too thin and you can hear everything outside the room and in the other floors (this is well known as they leave sleeping kit with ear plugs)

Madrid's Gran Vía opens up to you at INNSiDE Madrid Gran Vía. Choose our rooms or suites equipped with Chromecast technology, yoga mat or sustainable toiletries. Fall in love with our gastronomic spaces: the A'Ollo restaurant with traditional cuisine with a modern twist, or the Le Tavernier Rooftop, an open-air terrace from which to admire the city. In addition, a fitness center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What more could you ask for?Having “churro” fritters with chocolate for breakfast near the iconic Puerta del Sol is a great way to start exploring Madrid. At mid-morning, try a squid baguette in the Plaza Mayor, the heart of the ancient Madrid de los Austrias. And when lunchtime approaches, visit San Miguel Market, a meeting point for people who love good food. Take an afternoon nap in the beautiful El Retiro Park and then later some shopping on Gran Vía or walking around Puerta de Alcalá. At sunset, it’s tough to choose the place to go to taste the famous tapas: Malasaña, Chueca, the Barrio de las Letras, Salamanca or La Latina. Where do you start?
