The Ambassador City Center Hotel is located in the heart of the historic center of Haarlem at the foot of the imposing St. Bavo Church. Due to its unique location, the hotel is the perfect location for a wonderful weekend away, a business trip or a long stay. The three-star hotel is located in a beautiful monumental building which is a composition of former houses, making each room unique. Upon entering, you will immediately experience the warmth of the renovated hotel lobby and our restaurant The Governor, both of which are reminiscent of the roaring twenties with an interior of velvet, gold and lots of greenery. Haarlem is known for its many sights such as the many courtyards and the various (art) museums. The city is also popular among shoppers, partly due to the range of boutiques in the Goudenstraatjes. The hotel is within walking distance of Haarlem Central Station, 15 km from Schiphol Airport and within 10 minutes you can reach Amsterdam by train. You can also cycle to the beach in Zandvoort aan Zee within 40 minutes through the beautiful Kennemer dunes. Due to our unique location, we cannot offer private parking or parking discounts. We recommend that you park in the parking garage 'De Appelaar', which is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Hotel Description
The hotel has 105 rooms where the historic appearance and the nostalgic character of the city center are beautifully reflected. A number of the hotel rooms are located at the front of the hotel, so that you can enjoy the view of the Sint-Bavokerk. The comfortable rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a safe, free wireless internet and a private bathroom with a bath and/or shower. Toiletries, towels and a hairdryer are also provided. The rooms have a double bed or two separate beds. The family rooms consist of four single beds or two single beds and a bunk bed. Start your day with an extensive breakfast buffet. It is served Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 10:30. On weekends, you can join us between 07:30 and 11:00. Enjoy even more carefree? Book your table in our restaurant The Governor, enjoy the sun on the terrace or drink a good glass of wine or cocktail at the bar. Our receptionists are available 24 hours a day.
