The Hotel B&B Pod Skalo is located near a dense wooded area at the foot of the Old Castle, on the north-eastern edge of the municipality of Kamnik. Just 900 metres away on a high rock right in the middle of the village is Mali Fortress. All that is left of it is a baroque and gothic-style chapel. You can also set off on relaxing hikes right from the hotel.

The rooms are bright and nicely designed and come with unpretentious wooden furniture and charming wooden flooring. The breakfast room with its tiled stove has a cosy atmosphere about it.
