Take the Highway A92 wich turns into the A99 in the direction of Stuttgart/Augsburg/München. Follow the highway till the exit Nbr. 36b Gräfelfing. Turn left into Am Haag, next street right into Lochhamer Schlag. Follow the street until it turns into Lochhamer Straße. the Stay.residence is on the left hand side
Take the subway U6 from the city center to Klinikum Großhadern. Take the bus Nbr. 266 from the Station Klinikum Großhadern in the direction of Planegg. Exit the bus at Martinsried, Nord. the Stay.residence is on the opposite side.

The box spring beds let you enjoy the highest sleeping comfort. Whether your stay is of professional or private nature – this apartment hotel is the best choice.
Special features of the hotel
A local gym and wellness center is just a short walk and can be used from our guests at a reduced price. A no-show will be charged with 90% of the total amount. Room cleaning and sheet changing will be done once a week. Businessrooms and Suites will be cleaned every 3rd day. Certainly you can order extra cleaning service at an extra fee. IMPORTANT: Dear guests, due to the current events we have to change our opening hours of the reception. Reception opening hours: 06:30 - 22:30 Weekend: 08:00 am-06:00pm If you would like to arrive outside this time, please contact us.
