Follow A 562 to the end. Exit Bonn-Friesdorf. At the end of the Autobahn turn right direction to Dottendorf. At the first traffic lights take a left across the train tracks. We are located on the left side directly after the crossing.

From Bonn Central Station take subway lines 16/63 (direction to Bad Godesberg) or 66 (direction to Bad Honnef) to stop Ollenhauerstraße. Walk down Ollenhauerstraße to the end. Cross the train tracks. We are directly on the left side after the crossing

Hotel Description

The BaseCamp Young Hostel is an unconventional and unique location. Your lodgings are disused, lovingly restored VW Transporters, RVs, or sleepers. The nostalgia-inspiring, colourful cars stand in an old warehouse, and each of them has an individual theme design. The atmosphere bubbles with freedom and creativity, and certainly is the coolest way to camp.

Special features of the hotel

Located inside a former storage facility, BaseCampYoungHostel is the only indoor vintage faux campground of the galaxy. Accommodating a total of 120 beds across 15 retro caravans, two night sleepers, two American Airstreams, two Volkswagen transporters, a Trabant and other oddities. The local city tax is not included in the room rate.
