Airport Private traveler
The owner was extremenly rude and shouted at me 3 times, when I asked her for shower gel, which I had the first day but not any other day, and when I enquired about the blind in my room which was not closing. She was not interested at all about helping people and just shouted without even offering to check what was the problem. She said she is only a 3 stars hotel not a Hilton, so it seems that people has to put up with her not caring. I was told the last day by an employee that the shower gel was not for guests in the 1st floor, only for those on the 2nd and above. I lived 5 days with a dead spider in the bathroom, and 3 with another one that was alive, and I had a cockroach in the shower. This day, my bathroom was not cleaned at all, despite having told the owner about the cockroach and requested to please clean it more thoroughly. The wifi network did not reached this room either, so I only had wifi if I was at the reception during my stay. Treatment was not even of a 1* hotel.
