Ruby Sofie may be surrounded by peaceful streets and historic architecture, but the city's main sights are a short stroll away. Originally built as a bathhouse, Ruby Sofie was set for a life of lather, rinse, repeat. Thanks to her excellent acoustics though, she was soon transformed into a beautiful ballroom. To reach Ruby Sofie by car, take the A4 towards the centre of Vienna. Continue on Schüttelstraße/B227, cross the Danube at Rotudenbrücke and continue on Rasumofskygasse. Turn slightly right into Marxergasse; you will find Ruby Sofie on the right-hand side.
From the west train station take the subway / U-Bahn line U3 direction Simmering. Within a 9 minutes ride you reach the station Wien-Mitte. (Ticket price: 2,20 €. )After 400 meters the hotel is located on the left side (about 8 minutes walking).
