Our Estartit Villas resort is located in a quiet area at only 200m from the beach and 400m from l'Estartit centre. We have some of the most confortable villas at the Costa Brava. Semi-detached houses, with a communal swimming pool for adults and children, a private small garden and 1 free parking space per house. Due to its capacity of 6 or 8 people is the best option to big families or friends groups. Those villas are totally equipped. In order to make your holidays unforgettable we gives you the possibility to spent your time in a magnificient place not given up your own home facilities. We offer you to enjoy your holidays in a fantastic place a few steps of the sea. Our Estartit Villas resort is composed by two different types of villas, choose the most suitable for you: 6/8  Semi-detached House (Maximum capacity 8 people): This Houses are equipped in the first floor  with 2 double rooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room, or a bunk bed room in the ground floor, it's provided too with satellite TV and a balcony, a kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, washing machine, fridge, toaster). In the ground floor you will find a bunk bed room or a double bed. . As well as a little garden. A private parking inside of every house is provided (capacity of 2 cars) 8 Semi-detached House (capacity 8 people) This houses re equipped in the first floor with 2 double rooms (twin beds) , the  living-room with satellite TV and a balcony, a kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, washing machine, fridge, toaster) and a bathtoom. In the ground floor you will find 2 double rooms ( twin beds). As well as a little garden. A private parking inside of every house is provided (capacity of 2 cars).
