The help and assistance from the staff, my Husband had a slight accident during the night when he fell and hurt his hand, housekeeping were very good in clearing up the broken glass and attending my husband's injuries and later cleaning up the room.

Access to the Hotel was not easy to find, a van was parked in front of the main door so we were unable to see any signage that told us this was the hotel entrance, it would be nice to see something larger and more noticiable
