By bus from the direction of Zagreb-Novalja (direct line) or Zagreb-Zadar-Novalja. If you arrive by plane from Zadar you have a bus line to Novalja. If you come from Rijeka the fastest is by boat-catamaran Rijeka-Rab-Novalja.
