Bei Ankunft Mittwoch 16:30 Uhr war das Hotel geschlossen, trotz Werbung mit Servicezeiten von 06:00 - 20:00 Uhr. Einchecken ging nur außerhalb des Hotels an einem Automaten ohne Möglichkeit der Zubuchung einer Frühstücksleistung und es wurde direkt kassiert. Ohne Ausgabe einer Rechnung oder dem Hinweis wie man zu dieser kommt. Auf dem Ticket stand die Zimmernummer und der Verweis auf ein wenige hundert Meter entferntes Hotel der Gruppe. Es war über 1 km entfernt und die Türautomaten haben meine Zimmerkarte nicht akzeptiert. Einmal um das Hotel gelaufen fand sich tatsächlich eine besetzte Rezeption. Dort sagte man mir, der Verweis auf dieses Hotel war nicht ernst gemeint, ich müsse zurück zum Anderen. Zumindest habe ich auf Nachfrage meine Rechnung erhalten. Das Hotel wirbt offensichtlich unserös mit Servicezeiten und schickt Gäste planlos in der Gegend herum, dafür ist es aber in einem zu hohen Preissegment angesiedelt. Gastlichkeit und Respekt vor Kundschaft sieht anders aus.
