Friendliness of staff, especially the staff who supported to drive me to Airport Bus Station when I couldn't call a taxi and other stuffs.
The heater was too hot when I was working in my room, and I couldn't control the expected temperature, so the staff suggested that I open the doors to let in the fresh air from outside.
