Günstiger Preis bei vergleichsweise zentraler Lage.
Eine Sache vorweg: Der fleckige Teppich rührt vermutlich von einer unsachgemäßen Verwendung von Chlorreiniger her. Sauber ist er eigentlich halbwegs. Die zentrale Lage bringt eine dementsprechende Lautstärke mit sich, vermutlich sind Zimmer zum Hof hin deutlich ruhiger. Das Heizungsventil ließ sich nicht vollständig verschließen, weshalb es in der ersten Nacht für mein Empfinden zu warm war. In der zweiten Nacht habe ich mir dann damit beholfen, den Mantel über den Heizkörper zu hängen. Das recht altertümische Ventil hatte zudem keinen Thermostat und die Nachtabsenkung vermutlich kaum vorhanden, so warm war der Vorlauf.
