Your room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If rooms are ready for occupancy earlier, you are welcome to check in earlier. However, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Check out is until 11 am on the day of departure. For a late check out, please speak to us or contact us in advance. Our reception is open Monday-Saturday from 8am to 10pm and on Sunday from 8am to 8pm. When checking out outside reception hours, you can leave your room cards in your room. You are also welcome to speak to our staff in the breakfast restaurant on the 4th floor early in the morning. If you require a different billing address, please let us know.
