Information upon arrival: ■ Adress: dingdong bonn - city apartments Friedrichstr. 27 53111 Bonn ■ Parking: The hotel is located directly in the pedestrian zone thus we don't offer parking. However, the carparks "Stiftsgarage" and "Friedensplatzgarage" are just a few minutes walk away. ■ Invoice If you are travelling for business and need an invoice with the company information message us in advance through the booking site or directly to bonn@dingdong-apartments.de with your reservationnumber or booking reference. ■ Check-IN at 2 pm: Check-in is available at 2 pm directly at the Check-In machine at the property. You will need the reservationnumber from the email you have received to us or your personal data. Please follow the instructions on the screen. The process is completed when you receive your room key as well as your Check-In receipt. The Check-In machine does not accept cash only card payment. ■ Check-OUT until 10 am: Please leave your room until 10 am and place your room key in the "Check-Out" box next to the Check-In machine. ■ WIFI / WLAN internet access: The WIFI/WLAN-Router name is „LANCOM-Hotel“ and password is „Hotel2010!“. ■ Breakfast: Unfortunately we do not offer breakfast but several bakeries are located closely to the property. ■ Damages and flaws: If you identify damages or flaws in the room, we are asking you politely to inform us via email.
