Leave the motorway (Autobahn) A7 at the junction Hannover-Kirchhorst (Exit No.56). Carry on direction of Hannover Zentrum/Messe until exit Pferdeturm. Go left in the direction of Kleefeld. Keep to the right hand side in the lanes and follow the Kirchröder Straße, direction Fernverkehr (following the tram lines) until tram stop Nackenberg. On the right is the signposted entrance to Stephansstift.

At main station (Hauptbahnhof) take lines 1, 2 or 8 (direction Laatzen/Sarstedt, Rethen and Messe/Nord) for 2 stops until Aegidientorplatz. Change onto line 4 (direction Roderbruch) or line 5 (direction Anderten) on the plat-form opposite - at station Nackenberg Stephansstift is opposite.
