Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, aber auch total überfordert. Fragen bezüglich meiner Rechnung wurden falsch beantwortet oder an die Kollegen, die an einem anderen Tag arbeiten weitergeschoben. Die Bitte die Rechnung in einen privaten und einen Firmenteil aufzuspalten scheint in diesem Hotel ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit zu sein. Einen deratigen Diletantismus habe ich bisher nie erleben müssen. Die auf der Rechnung aufgeführten Steuern scheinen nicht korrekt berechnet zu sein. In Zukunft werde ich bei Möglichkeit Häuser dieser Kette meiden.
