To our valued Travel Partners: We are pleased to inform you that our guests and staff are safe after the earthquake with magnitude 7.2 which occurred last October 15, 2013. After a thorough inspection and assessment of our building by a reputable engineering contractor, a report has been submitted that the structural framing system and integrity of our building have not been damaged. Hairline cracks found on a few hollow block walls and partitions have been detected but these are minor and are now being patched and repaired. Please be informed that business at Palmbeach Resort & Spa is back to normal and that all safety measures are well taken cared of.
