Special features of the hotel

On the day of your arrival you will be checking yourself in by collecting your apartment keys using a key box located at the Check -in address. Please call the office number 0131 226 9380 Monday – Friday between 9am - 5pm a few days prior to your arrival date to finalise any outstanding payments that are due and more importantly to obtain your key box access code so you can access the apartment yourself. For any emergencies please contact on call number 07 515 400 402 which is available Monday- Friday (5pm -10pm) and Saturday – Sunday (10am -10pm). Reservations are not confirmed until you receive an Easylet Apartments reservation number by mail or by phone. Easylet Apartments accept no liability for people who arrive before receipt of the reservation number.
