its in the central district

breakfast, cleanliness and facilities is the one the worst that i have seen in my life, I had a dirty towel in my room after cleaning and then put on floor and inform reception, tomorrow same towel was on hanger.

The location is good.

The overall hotel is very run down by now and would really benefit from a complete renovation. The view towards the back of the hotel is rather desolate with an abandoned parking garage, a closed shopping mall and other desolate buildings.
