The house with its large park is only 10 km from the motorway or 5 km from the nearest train station (Prien), which is now one of the most beautiful properties on Lake Chiemsee. The Chiemsee cycle path runs right next to our property. The bus stop is right in front of the front door. Sights such as the Herren- and Fraueninsel on the Chiemsee, the Seeon monastery, or the towns of Prien and Traunstein are only a few minutes away. The cities of Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Elegant architecture and modern design in the rooms create a real feel-good atmosphere. In order to do justice to the history of the house, the influences of Munich Art Nouveau were taken into account in the furnishing. The Aiterbach ensemble consists of the main building, the Atelier and the outbuilding. Each building and each room has its own character and charm. All present themselves flooded with light and in delicate natural tones.
