Business traveler

The room was freezing on arrival. I mentioned to the very helpful staff, they set a boost. Eventually, for a short time, there was heat in the radiators, but only in the bottom. They need bleeding. The heat came back on after I went for breakfast @ 07h30. There was an electric heater provided in the room, impractical and keeps clicking. Bath surround had mould, shower curtain was filthy.
