From Lisbon Find 'IC19' to Sintra, drive to the end, carry on through town called 'Ranholas'. At the first & only roundabout follow both signs to 'S. Pedro de Sintra' after 2km care to find on the right hand side 'Hotel Sintra Jardim' on a sign over a green gate under lots of little flags continue ahead 100 meters, turn right, drive another 100 meters, Quinta das Murtas's on your right.
From Lisbon Get to any train station that does 'Sintra line', Sintra is the last stop. Make sure your train comes as far as Sintra, otherwise you have to switch trains at some point. From the airport get a bus or taxi to train station 'Oriente' and from there get a train to Sintra.
