Business traveler

At the airport, which was needed when landing at 11pm and taking of at 6 am the next day

My room smelled like cigarette
I had no amenities in the bathroom (Coton bids, shower cap, toothbrush), it was on demand but at midnight on the night of a short night I didn't want to waste time calling and waiting.
There was no water, like to bottle to drink from and the mini bar was empty (I hadn't had dinner, and again didn't want to waste time of room service).

For the price paid, the above is unacceptable and should be standard
