Go by car or bike to Holwerd. Take the ferry to Ameland. The trip lasts 45 minutes. Drivers: please note that you must be at the dock half an hour prior to departure. Reserve your place on the ferry by ringing +31(0)519 546 111. From Nes, head towards Hollum. After Hollum, the hostel is located 200m past the lighthouse on your left.
Take the train to Leeuwarden Central Station. Take bus 66 in the direction of Holwerd, where you will take the ferry to Nes, Ameland (a 45-minute trip). From Nes take bus 130 to the last stop, the hostel.
