Special features of the hotel

IMPORTANT INFOMATION: Your room will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and we ask you to vacate the room by 11am on the morning of your departure. If you would like to extend your departure time, this may be arranged by our Reception Team for an additional charge. As the restaurant is often busy, advanced reservations are advised. Please call us on 01202 498900 to book-a-table. Please advise us in advance of any dietary requirements. The Green House is a popular wedding venue on weekends, so be prepared for the bar and lounge to be busy during the day until 6pm, the noisy bit takes part in our basement so there is minimal disruption after this time. Check when you book to find out if there's an event on if you feel this may affect your stay. While we are not a “child friendly” hotel we can accommodate children in our larger rooms and we do supply cots and fold away beds at an additional charge. It is also worth noting that children are accepted in Arbor restaurant before 7pm so we can create a quiet space for our grown-ups later on. We do also provide a children’s menu and high chairs.We may send you an authorisation form to complete if you are booking on behalf of another guest or if you are staying with us for a long period of time.
