Schneller Checking, freundliches Personal Frühstück
Zimmer zur Straße und Trambahn sehr laut, Reservierungswunsch nach leisem Zimmer zum Innenhof nicht nachgekommen, zeitweise unhöfliche Kommunikation seitens Rezeption und Supervisor. Fitnessraum ist sehr klein mit defekten Geräten. Frühstück ist sehr basic, selbst für 4 Sterne, Teppiche in Zimmern und Gang fleckig und abgewohnt

Gute Lage und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Der Teppich in den Gängen und des Zimmers sieht sehr verbraucht aus und die große Dusche ist durch ihre Bauweise sehr laut weil die Kachelung und die Glasscheibe fast alles einfassen und somit der Schall nirgendswo abgeleitet wird.
