Quiet yet centrally located right next to the Berlin Wall Documentation Centre, on the corner of Bernauer Strasse, with a wide range of connections. Not far from Berlin's main railway station. The M10 tram leaves from the main station and stops 100 metres from the hotel entrance: Berlin Wall Documentation Centre station.

The 37 rooms are 20 square meters, have a seating area and floor-level showers. Some of the rooms are particularly quiet facing the 3,000 m² garden. WiFi and a bottle of mineral water are free of charge. The large garden offers retreats with a terrace. The hotel has been certified with the GreenSign level 4 of 5 sustainability seal since August 2020.

The bright restaurant in the winter garden offers plenty of space and regional cuisine from 17:00 hrs. The 3,000 square meter garden offers good retreat possibilities in an oasis of peace with terrace, tea house, pavilions and goldfish pond. Awarded the Berlin Environmental Prize in 1997.
