Location, breakfast was good as well.
Staff, very unpleasant staff.
I was reporting issues with my room which were eventually totally disregarded. Also, member of the front desk (Oz) was the most unpleasant person I have ever encountered in any hotel.
Not answering questions, being very rude and not willing to help.
I would not book this hotel anytime soon again.

For lunch and dinner, we have a modern bar and bistro that serves simple meals, such as tapas, soups, and sandwiches, in warm surroundings decorated in dark wood with red accents. There is also an outdoor terrace where guests relax with a drink. For small meetings or gatherings, we have two meeting rooms for up to 20 people.
