There has been some misunderstanding as the front receptionist claimed that they couldn't find my reservation . After showing my reservation my booking reference the female recepsinist still claimed that she couldn't find me. I think she was not able to read the correct info or correct full name despite informing her my full name. I was asked to wait and sit on the lobby area for 10 minutes. Believe then she called the back office and was cleared. Though this situation could happen somw times but I was expecting some sort of apologies and explanation which I never got.
