Gutes Frühstück

Warmes Wasser in meinem Zimmer morgens nur tröpfelnd aus dem Hahn und der Dusche. Duschen nicht möglich. Einziger Kommentar der Rezeption kurz vor der Abreise: Dann müssen wir wohl der Technik Bescheid geben. Kein Bedauern, keine Entschuldigung.

Alles schön offen und hell gehalten. Zimmer zur Park Seite sehr angenehm.

Trotz erfassen des Kennzeichens, elektronisch beim check in, erhielten wir vom Parkhaus Dienstleister eine Woche später eine Zahlungsaufforderung für eine Nacht in Höhe 64,76 €. Nach Klärung mit der Rezeption, Bezahlung der Parkgebühren konnte nachvollzogen werden, sollten wir die Zahlungsaufforderung an das Hotel schicken. Diesen Ärger kann man den Gästen gerne ersparen.
