Like that it had a restaurant and it was not too far from the venue.

You can hear the nextdoor neighbour quite a lot a lady was crying nextdoor which made me concerned.

Also breakfast was at 7:30 during the weekend and 7 during the week. My conference started at 7 so although we paid for breakfast we could get a cup of hot tea. They offered the picnic but I just wanted a takeaway cup of fresh tea
