From Kufstein or Innsbruck on the Inntal motorway (A12) to the Zillertal exit, then via the federal road B 169 towards Zell - Gerlos. Coming from Munich, take toll-free via the Achensee or the federal road from Kiefersfelden - Wörgl - Rattenberg.

The next fast train station is in Jenbach. From there, you come up with the Zillertal Railway (train or bus) to Zell am Ziller, where you change to the post bus to Gerlos.
